As the Receptionist at Angel Trading Co Pvt Ltd, you will be the first point of contact for our esteemed clientele. Your warm demeanor and professional conduct will set the tone for exceptional customer service. You'll play a crucial role in managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth operations at our dealership.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
• Schedule appointments and maintain the dealership's calendar
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the sales and service teams
• Uphold a clean and organized reception area for a positive customer experience
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in handling multi-line phone systems and basic office software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service
Experience or knowledge in Customer Representative Officer (CRO) is a plus
Salary Package:
Starting salary range: 25k-30k
